I Would Like To Return A Game Or Film

It's easy to return an item at WhyBuyGames. All the items that we dispatch arrive in a pre-paid re-sealable envelope which means that there is no cost to you. So when you are ready to return a game, just turn the packaging inside out so the WhyBuyGames delivery details are on the outside, pop the game in, reseal and post. It's that easy!

Faulty or damaged games/films
If you have also lost the protective sleeve, please make sure the film/game disc is adequately protected before sending it back to us.

Please note that if the package is over 60g, you will need to add more stamps to cover the postage costs. WhyBuyGames reserves the right to charge for damage occurring in transit.

Duplicate or incorrect film/game
If you have received a faulty film/game from WhyBuyGames you can return the game within 30 Days of receipt for exchange and without any additional cost.

If a game is sent back to us after this period and is defective, then we will charge your account with the cost of a new game at its recommended retail price.

Unwanted game
You may return any unwanted games using the pre-paid envelope.
