Returning a Game

If for any reason you are unhappy with a game rented from WhyBuyGames, you can return it to us straight away using the pre-paid envelope that was delivered with the game. If for any reason you have lost the pre-paid envelope, you can return the game by sending the disk in a protective sleeve to:

If you have also lost the protective sleeve, please make sure the Game disc is adequately protected before sending it back to us. Please note that if the package is over 60g, you will need to add more stamps to cover the postage costs.

WhyBuyGames reserves the right to charge for damage occurring in transit.

Proof of Postage (Royal Mail Certificate of Postage)

WhyBuyGames recomemend that 'Proof Of Postage' is obtained before sending items back. This can be done via any Post Office and is a free service. Simply ask the counter clerk for a written certificate of postage. You will need to hand write the full name and address (make sure it is the address that is registered with WhyBuyGames)...the clerk will stamp it and initial it.

Please keep this for 3 months in an archive.
