Joining WhyBuyGames as a renting member automatically enrolls you in the WhyBuyGames Rewards program.

3 months is defined as three (3) consecutive months of WhyBuyGames service with uninterrupted billing.

Cancellation of your WhyBuyGames Account will reset your WhyBuyGames Rewards Level to Level Zero (0).

WhyBuyGames Dollars are applicable toward purchases of used games only (inclusive of tax and shipping charges). You may use them to Keep games you have rented, or Buy used games at the WhyBuyGames Store.

Percent-off coupons are applicable toward purchases of used games only (exclusive of tax and shipping charges). You may use them to Keep games you have rented, or Buy used games at the WhyBuyGames Store.

WhyBuyGames Dollars may be awarded for being a WhyBuyGames member through the WhyBuyGames Rewards Program.

Unused portions of redeemed WhyBuyGames Pounds will be lost at the completion of the transaction.

WhyBuyGames Pounds are not redeemable for cash.

WhyBuyGames Pounds may not be applied to past orders.

WhyBuyGames Rewards benefits are not transferable between accounts.

WhyBuyGames Pounds issued through the WhyBuyGames Rewards program expire 90 days after being issued.

From time to time, WhyBuyGames may issue special-use coupons that are only available for limited-time use, and expire less than 180 days from issuance.

WhyBuyGames may implement a yearly maximum amount of WhyBuyGames Dollars that an account can be awarded.

WhyBuyGames may modify or terminate this program at any time and do so without notice or cause.

WhyBuyGames reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion.
